    They can look similar but have different antigenic markers from breast duct cells. Paget cells are negative for mammary gland markers, such as lysozyme, k-casein, and alpha-lactalbumin.

    one hint: cribriform or comdeo necrosis, and atypical cells polarizing the luminal spaces.

    If this was examined carefully and ONLY ductal carcinoma was present, a mastectomy would cure her

    if a woman was diagnosed with this wouldnt a prophylactic mastectomy or lumpectomy or whatever have to be performed? what are the chances that i'll infiltrate?
