This is the best rib recipe bar none for a pellet grill! I've made them this way now 3 times and every time they are just awesome. Terrific flavor, color, consistency and pull cleanly off the bone. No better rib recipe on YT!!!!!!!!!!!
AB's channel is great. The reason being is that all recipes are tried, true, and tasty. I've made many of the dishes he's put on here and they've all been really dam good. You don't get 💯 recipes like here from most sources.

I smoke over lump charcoal and pecan chunks for smoke. I cook at +- 250F on a Kamado Joe. 4 hours. No wrapping. Spritz ever 30 mins during the last 2 hrs w 50-50 apple cider/apple cider vinegar with lots of dissolved brown sugar. Best ribs ever.
My nephew and I have a friendly competition to try to up our rib game. I think I will catch him with that butter and brown sugar trick! Thank you for all you do.

Thanks AB! After seeing your oven vs croc video ribs are a regular around here. Now when I place meat side down on butter and brown sugar I also sugar and butter the rib side while steaming. Then I save the renderings and cool to skim off the butter and fat. The remainder get strained a few times and is used as a glazing during reheating.
