Umut’un gerçek annesinin Derya olduğunu öğrenen Yılmaz seneler önce Elif’in ısrarları ile kurdukları yalan dünyayı sorgulamaya başlamıştır. Çaresizce işin içinden çıkmaya çalışırken kader ise Yılmaz ile Derya’yı sürekli karşı karşıya bırakıyordur. Köyceğiz Limanı’nın işletmecisi iş adamı Kenan Akar’ın cazip iş teklifini sırf Umut’un ıssız adadaki yalnızlığını dindirmek için kabul eden Yılmaz, Derya’nın yeni patronunun kızı olduğunu öğrenmesi ile beyninden vurulmuşa döner.
Derya’nın küçük kız kardeşi Damla’nın üniversiteden mezun olup İstanbul’dan Köyceğiz’e gelmesi Akar Ailesi’ne yepyeni bir hareket getirir. Senelerdir içe kapanık bir hayat süren Derya, Damla’nın ısrarlarına dayanamaz ve bir fotoğraf sergisi açmaya karar verir. Köy meydanında açılan bu sergi Elif, Yılmaz, Derya ve Umut’un bir araya gelmesine neden olurken Yılmaz’ın da hayati bir karar vermesini sağlayacaktır.

I don't understand Turkish but I'm binge-watching this show. I wish there were English subtitles so that I could understand it better. But still, I can feel the pain of the mother of lost her child and the guilt of the father who kept that child knowing that his mother is alive! This is heartbreakingly beautiful!

Translation part 3
Ylmaz asked Arda to do Cengiz’s job. He asked him to watch any things that comes in and leaves the shipyard. Taner went to give the gift to his wife but she yelled at him for not being there for her daughter. She saw the gift in his hand (she knew it was her father's idea as he would do things like that). She told him “men who have done something wrong give gifts like that to their wife, I wonder what is your wrong doing?” Taner thought she is never happy even giving her a gift is like a crime.
Derya had an opening of her artistic photos at a gallery. Domla had decorated and arranged everything. They all attended the opening. Kenan was proud but Dilek was jealous and sarcastic to Derya. Yilmaz wanted to bring Umut around and watched the two of them so close and so unaware of each other. He told Derya that she was talented and he really liked her phots. She said she thought people find it depressing and boring. He said no he liked them. Elif who had made some snide remarks to Derya about the photos and said she did not like them, joined her husband and told Derya she was unfair before she liked one of her pictures and that is the one with children because the energy of children never ends. she continued about children. Then she asked her if she has any children. Derya obviously affected by this talk, controlled her emotions to be able to say no. Yilmaz watched her pain. Kept looking at Umut. Darya excused herself and walked away. Elif said “what a cold woman” (( Elif did not know what her selfishness has done to that woman to become a ‘cold woman’ she just talked about )). She continued putting Derya down "she thinks she is working but she has no problems no worries." Yilmaz told her to stop. When they were leaving Umut was nearly hit by a car, but Darya ran held him and moved him out of the way. She hugged him for along time. Later she told her sister that she felt some thing and that is why she ran to help the little boy. When she hugged Umut, she had a strange feeling about that little boy. Yilmaz could not sleep. He went to check on Umut. Talking to himself he said ”I have committed a huge sin, forgive me my son”. He was crying so he left the house and went to his office typed a note for Derya. “Miss Derya, don’t worry your son is alive, and healthy". (end of episode2)

He is a man trusted by her father who betrayed his trust and stabbed him in the back by misusing his authorities and by being after the man's daughter, killing her husband. Sleeping with the other sister getting her pregnant and marrying her but still has an eye for Derya. I hate that character. I know he will be doing more damage than using his boss's boats for smuggling and human trafficking.
