High-protein Meal Prep😍💪🏻 In this video I meal prep for 3 days, healthy breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner that get you around 124G + protein per day! All the recipes are easy to make and so delicious!

1 BREAKFAST BORRITOS 310 calories (3 serving)
Ingredients

2 ounces grated low fat mozzarella
3 corn or whole wheat tortilla

I usually really like the meals, but this was peppers 3X a day for 3 days, I don't mind some pepper but that is just way too much, too restrictive and a bit boring. Hopefully next time you'll have something with less peppers.
Just find a different ingredient to replace the pepper 😂
