100%. it's hard to change bad habits, especially when you're brought up in a family with no understanding of good nutrition (which is most families).
ALL cravings revolve around 3 things : bad fats, and excessive salt and sugar. gradually reduce those cravings by re-conditioning your body, and eventually you'll crave exactly nothing - ever, and previously 'bland' food won't taste bland anymore.

He counts calories, binge eats and is a bit obsessive. I’m sure that tendency to be extreme helps him win fights, but living on the edges like that gets tougher the older you get. He’s young so now it seems funny, flexible and borderline admirable. When he’s older and does more and more extreme things to binge, lose the weight, and win fights…he’s going to hurt himself
