1998 Toyota Camry turn signal fix

This turn signal was starting to hang. Where it would not work. I looked up replacements and found OEM to be over $100, ouch. Or generic Chinese knock off for under $20. I decided to take the unit apart after removal to see how it worked. The actuator is relatively simple and just a paw that moved a lever to engage a contact. I found the area very dark and so decided to give a nice clean and reassemble. It has worked well since and has not hung on the turn. I don't know how long this will last, but may out live the vehicle. Give it a try before replacing with a cheap part.
