I realize this is an older video, but I appreciate you showing the step by steps of Princess's online check in. My family of 5 is booked with Princess, first timers yay. Do you know if I can do the online check in for all 5 at once or do I have to make an account for all 5 people?
My cruise is in 91 days, does check in open 45 days before will they send link pl as first cruise do we have to order medallion or take it on embarking days
Question - We booked a 7 day cruise for $1668, and it leaves on Saturday. We saw today the same cruise (with an inside cabin) is now $600 cheaper. If we call their Customer service, can we get something, either a refund, room upgrade, drinks package? We've already gotten and paid for the family internet plan. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
@@LifeWellCruised Without your videos, we would not have even called. We spent a total of 40 minutes with the first agent who told us there was nothing she could do. Much of that time was her researching, and she told us we had the best rate she could get us. When my wife (who is a judge so she is VERY good at asking questions and directing conversations) began asking specifics and referencing that we had a quote in front of for the $600 cheaper, she transferred us to the customer relations team. We waited on hold in that queue for 2 hours 50 minute, and the agent picked up just after the 3 hour 30 minute mark of the phone call. We ended up agreeing to a refund of $522 from the price we paid at booking. Turned out to be a pretty good hourly rate since most of the time was just spent with me on hold. :) Thanks again for your vids. We'll be using the refund as the first deposit to our next cruise fund. :)

The princess app won't let me add my postal code to my check in on the shoresidee. Is it mandatory to add this?

It’s worth a try. They may or may not give you a credit. You can also ask about upgrading cabins. Good luck and have an amazing cruise 🎉
