'Tshwane officials bulldozing themselves into tender processes' - Tau

The City of Tshwane cancelled the process of awarding a tender for
distributing water after it detected possible corruption. However,
former utilities MMC Abel Tau claims that city officials are
'bulldozing themselves into tender procurement processes'.

The best way politicians and administrators get to chow is by keeping our people in poverty and squalor. There won't be a need to posts tenders if service delivery is provided in a satisfactory manner. Solution for the fat cats? Keep the people without jobs, clinics, water, sanitation and food and the tenders will keep rolling into their hands.

Using people's vulnerability to steal. Close off those tenders, this one sounds as slippery as an eel. Protesting too much. People need water to flush their toilets, to take a bath, not just water for drinking.
