My first stop at an estate sale is the garage! Always find the best deals in the garage. Then I hit the kitchen and then the bedrooms ❤️

The wooden etched picture is Rothenberg On Der Tauber. Not sure of the writing. I've been there. Julie (by jubuttons Poshmark)

When I go to estate sales I always start in the living room or family room. I’m looking for unique items, things you’d never find in my local area. These things will be used in my home and I don’t want things to look like they came from Walmart. I get items I really like that fit my personality. My home looks like a collected home with very unique items and I love it. Next I like thru the books and the garage. Hope you find some wonderful things to flip!

Hi. I just came across your site ❤ At the first estate sale, it seemed the prices were high even with the 50 perfect off. It's a shame the second one wouldn't let you film after first saying you could! The hunting prints are very nice (my husband's pick 😅). I look forward to seeing more videos. Have a great day! 😊

15:46 Not a great subject. Commonly saved . Lots of them on Ebay . Generally ....not cool or unusual.17:03 These are hard to sell as well. The main reason is ; younger people do not like this look. It's "dowdy". Old fashioned but not in a "mid century" way. Just remember : subject matter is very important ....

You can smell a bad estate sale a mile away . 1) How old (or NEW) is the home ? People don't move into a new house with old junk. 2) What kind of neighborhood is it ? RICH people neighborhoods rarely have / keep vintage or hoard old stuff. It is not in their mindset to have "old junk' . Older homes in middle class / lower middle class are usually the BEST . Homes that have been lived in for 30 to 50 years. We an estate sale only has books, glasses and kitchen stuff .................... yeah. Sorry. P.S. The other reason that "rich people" sales suck is because of ..The Prices. They seem to think everyone makes the same money that they do
