This is my favorite part in both the book and movie, but they really cut it down. In the book this went on for several days and there are magical fireworks going all over the school. They also made a stupid change with fred and george coming in and disrupting the owl exams. In the books they showed some fucking decent moral compass and didn't do this, saying they didn't wanna ruin the fifth years' futures

Something I forgot to mention two years ago was that they also turned an entire floor into a swamp the day they escaped
