    I once heard that HGH is released at 10 p.m. and someone who sleeps after 10 p.m. doesn't get any more HGH, so is that true?

    Can i still grow at 16 years and 5 months old, i slept for 4,5 hours when i was 14, 15 and now im sleeping well, my mother is 166 and father 177, im 178 would i be taller if i used to sleep well, my brother is same height as me, and 2nd brother is taller than us for 5 cm

      i’m not an expert but il give u an answer based on what i know. for a boy the usually age you stop growing is 15-17 (ik they say like 18-21 on the internet but maybe after 15-17 youl grow a tiny little bit) i’d say if your that height st that age then there’s a little chance youl hit another growth spurt but considering you already passed your parents i’d say naturally you could grow another 2-5 cm.

    Please is sleep during day like from 12pm to 4pm is benefitual ? And it may release the GH hormone?
