U-king lights are a good cheap light. I have a set of the small movers and love them. Great video! More people need to know about the lights.
@@croissantproductions All moving heads make noise. When you have music playing, Even at dinner level. You do not hear them.
@@croissantproductions I have two Chauvet DJ Intimidator Spot 360 in White and they make noise. They are a year old and have made noise since day one.
Thank you Buddy... These are awesome lights with fans and motors and the sounds they produce, but honestly... I never hear them while performing decent light, decent price.
Hey great video , just about to buy 6 of theses movers. with a dmx controller . they look amazing and the movement also looks amazing. keep up the great content
Thank you. I love these little movers and there's a great deal on a 4pk of the 100wt version of these same gobo's I put the link in the comments. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂
@@DJMikeJames yea iv seen , im from the UK and on them 100WT movers you linked it says " does not ship to the UK" Shame . the ones im going for is a 4 pack of 80WT and then a 2 pack of the 80WT . so 6 movers in total.
Oh I see... ya that sucks... awesome movers though... they'll vastly improve your Stage presence. I absolutely love em... thanks for watching in the UK! That's awesome
My movers have arrived 🙌. Can't wait to get them set up . Just thought I'd let you know . Iv done a little short on Yt lol.
Awesome... I'll check it out
Thankz for teaching master... I like this moving heads ❤️❤️, can you send me a link master?

Is there any chance you would be able to put in a simple description of how to set two lights up and what settings to select for one to be master and one slave and ideally both facing forward to the dance floor, for example "shnd" should be "sh2" on both and "rpan" is no on master and yes on slave etc.
In the simplest terms... your master will be the fixture that's displaying your show setting... your slave will only display the dmx address ie A001-A512. You always dmx out of your master into the slave... in this light, you can set and save reverse pan and tilt in your slave, then set it back to the dmx address and that point any show changes are made and saved in the master... let me know if there's anything more specific you'd like me to cover and I'll help in any way I can...
Hi there, I'm really new to these lights.... When on address, you press and hold enter, you can a P setting, a T setting, a C, G and a u. What do these do and does it alter the pan and tilt limitations in Souind activated Show mode??? If you could post a list of settings you have for Totem and hanging from a truss that would be great... trying to learn how to keep the lights staying forward on a truss an facing out with up down left and right and same when the light is upside down but angling more towards the floor... don't really know where to start..... any help appreciated.
Hey thanks for commenting, great question... tbh I didn't realize they did that on the dmx address mode, so I'm not really sure what those sub selections do, however I have the same issue trying to keep these pointed at the dance floor, they really just do whatever they want, I haven't had these out in while, so I'll look into it, but if you've made any headway in figuring it out please let me know and I'll shoot an update video and let everyone know. Thanks again
Good video my friend..can u told me how I can buy the soft carry bag ..or can you give me the link on line were you get them
Thank you for watching 👀 and commenting!
Absolutely here is the link for the ADJ F8 Accucase that I use to transport 4 of these little movers and I can keep the O clamps on them for transport... I hope this helps 🙏

@@DJMikeJames thank you so much
You're welcome 😉
Great video. I currently have 14 of these linked to a chauvet obey 40 controller. Having difficulty getting the lights to respond to the controller whatsoever. I have the addresses 16 channels apart (ie: 001, 017, 033, 049, 065 and so on). Are you able to offer any tips to correct?
Currently I don't use a dmx controller with these lights, however I do know that there are run limitations on the number of these that can be daisy chained together before you'd need to start a new dmx group however I'm not certain what that number is, but I imagine 14 of these would be awesome... also you may need a dmx signal terminator in the last unit to clean up dmx signal between the units as I've heard for that amount of running units may cause erratic or diminishing signal... I hope this helps! Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂
The bag you are using to put those moving heads in, Can we get a link to that?? I have the 90 watt version of those lights and need something to transport them safely..

I believe it's this one
DJ Mike James, would you have time to talk me through setting my two UKing moving heads? How are not operating in Master/Slave and shine light everywhere.
I am running a master and three slaves. I just have pan and tilt switched on two of them.
@@DJMikeJames thank you for the response. Without using DMX, how can get them to stay focused on the dance floor area and not point back at me? I've setup pan/tilt on one of the moving heads.
Without programming a show with a dmx controller, they just do what they do!!! There are a few different shows in them along with sound active, but other than that, I have the same problem
@@DJMikeJames ok, thank you. Wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong. I've used Soundswitch but only got the lights to work intermitently. They decided not to work at my gig last Friday.
Great video! I’m running a Halloween projection show against my house and wanted to add two of these lights to the show to basically shine above people’s heads (so that it’s not in their eyes). Is there a way, without a DMX controller, where I can sync it to sound mode and adjust the angle on the light to shine more upward and stay that way while they rotate? Thanks and great video!
Unfortunately, without a DMX controller these fixtures don't have that kind of on-board technology. There are 3 or 4 show modes in them that can be set to sound active, where they just do what their programming tells them to do, but nothing to allow you to adjust the x and y axis
Thanks for that info, Mike!
I have one not working. Where would you takes these to be fixed?
Hey Joe, did some research for ya and found this extremely helpful web page from UKing to help diagnose problems and fuse locations, as well as, replacement parts!!!
I hope this helps... I absolutely love my movers and would use a resource like this if I had problems!!!
Thanks for watching 👀 and commenting... I appreciate 🙏 ya

How do you get full colors using dmx
I'm not sure what you're asking me, but these are set in a sound active auto show and dmx'd together 1 master and 3 slaves. Please be more specific and I'll try to provide an answer for ya!
Thanks for watching and commenting.
The Ebay link is no good. do you have an updated link for these? I found a 4 pack on ebay but not sure if they are the same.
Sorry about that,, I need to update it,, try this one... same lights, better wattage and a great price...

How do I change the fuse?

Hey Great Video!!! What is the weight on these lights?
Unfortunately, the generic manual doesn't give those specs, but honestly, they're super lightweight, maybe 10lbs or less if I had to guess
So, I looked em up and they say they're 5.5lbs...
Do they have a totem mode
Unfortunately, they do not!!! Which is why I don't use them on my totems anymore.
Which bag is that
Need one.
It's this accucase bag... I love it for these movers and can keep my O-clamps on them!!!
