What is the product called that shes painting the flowers with? Are they all Chrome gel polishes?
The Silver Chrome Gel Polish is the Base, not sure about the Water color polishes though.
Can you use the silver base coat as a final color? Would you cure it and then cure a top coat over it? Thanks
