Great video!! Thanks!! I have a question hoping you can help me with... in the back there is a blue wire that goes to the capstan motor and mine is detached and I can't figure where it goes from the motor.. can you help????
Unfortunately I currently do not have a 4010 to look at. You might be able to find a service manual online to reference.
