Your information is misleading. Number of crimes does not constitute most dangerous. Petty crime like pick pocketing is not considered dangerous. Murders and gang violence does.

Why not give a percentage of crimes per 1000 people instead, a figure of 20,000 might seem like a lot but there’s about 9 million people in the capital so it’s not quite so bad.

Enfield and Haringey has a very small area of high crime aswell and its always arguably in top lists. Half of haringey is posh and half of enfield is also pretty posh
What's the state considers a crime is maybe somebody with personal drug use or selling a substance to another person sometimes assault but I don't think that makes it a dangerous place to live. If you want a dangerous place go to Detroit are the south side of Chicago or South Central Los Angeles just being in the wrong neighborhood to get you shot and killed
