I could never say goodbye to Worbla 🙈 I love it so much! But now I also discovered foam, I like to combine them and use their strengths to make a costume better ^^

I tend to prefer Marowak. I've already done a helmet/mask of it. I was suppose to do the entire Alola marowak cosplay, but I gave up. It will be a wall decoration instead.😂

How sturdy is it? If I make this for a kid do yo think it will hold up well thorugh rough and tumble play?

It depends a bit on the foam you use :) Some foam is really soft. But most cosplay foams are quite strong actually. Also, the painting also matters. If you want the helmet to remain flexible, better use a flexible primer instead of the one that I used. For example Hexflex paint or Plastidip. Then it should be able to withstand quite a lot :D

Question: what is a good knife sharpener? Which one do you use? I just started working with foam and the blades get dull so quickly
I bought a sharpener at a hardware store and the brand is 'Multi Sharp'. It's as small as a pencil so it's really easy to use :) But you can also use regular sanding paper to sharpen your knife on :D
And yep, blades dull VERY quickly with foam
