Pandesal is a soft small ball of bread ( not perfectly round), not sweet, distinct bread aroma I can’t describe. Same with Spanish bread but only Spanish bread is a little bit elongated, rough surface, sweet and oily maybe because of added sweet butter.
You can put pineapple Jam, strawberry jam cut the pandesal in the middle and add Jam on it and it will be more delicious also you can add meat and cheese if you don't want sweet Jam I love pandesal trying different option
