I thought my character was overpowered at level 105 but I see I'm no where near close to being that strong
Is Soul builds in any capacity any good? I know soul healer is exceptional but what else?
If you have a bow that shoots multiple arrows and has piercing on it, then torment quivers are the most op artifact.
