      He’s a born leader. He knows there are weak links in the team. These weak links have not been removed and they are to blame for Poch’s sacking and Mourinho’s most likely.
      There’s only two people to blame for us winning one trophy in the last 21 years and that is Levy and Lewis.

N'dombele, Aurier, Sanchez also did very poorly, especially on that last goal when Orsic literally dribbled through all of them (except Sanchez who was in front of him and should have tackled when Orsic took that heavy touch into space to shoot), but they were all looking to each other to stop Orsic but no one took the initiative to do it. Bale and Dier also partly to blame on the last goal.
      On the first goal it was more of a poorly organized defense.
      On the 2nd goal - that was all Sissoko, he should have stayed with the runner Orsic knowing he was going for the cross and shoot.

    This is one of the most damning interviews with a footballer I've ever seen. What he had come out with is quite astonishing. Either he gets put into the stands after this or Mourinho gets sacked. This is an astonishing interview - it's like a drunk fan in the pub allowed to air their views without any sense of responsibility! He's supposed to be the captain!

      He has essentially attacked half his teammates as selfish and unwilling to fight for the club when called upon. There has been rumours around that Tottenham dressing room for years. I thought the Chelsea one was bad over the years but they could/can at least rouse themselves up with a change of manager. Some of the poison at Spurs though is dreadful. The entitlement is unreal. They don't care. They don't want to fight if they aren't guaranteed starting spots every week. Lloris has confirmed it.

    I really like Lloris's interview here. He said everything he needed to say and spoken with someone with experience. He said it best towards the beginning, the team desperately needed to strike early to really throw off the atmosphere and energy of the game. So many sides in football can be tempted to get complacent or underestimate a team for being a weaker side but that actually evens the playing field if the stronger side takes it easier and the weaker side cranks it up and tonight proved that. I like to think that having the advantage into the second leg is similar to having to face the second stage in a boss fight; they will fight much harder.
