This is song is talking about a person accepting who you are completely, no matter what. She isn't talking about her appearance obviously no one is perfect, everyone has something that's "imperfect" whether it's physically or something about their personality. On the other hand, flawless is more of an empowerment song. It's song that when you hear it, it makes you feel good about yourself. At least it's my interpretation.
