A beautiful guitar in both looks and sound. One that stands out in any "formal setting" if you will, but shows it can go to the ground with any other when it needs to be nitty-gritty.
what a Beauty!
Perfect size! Wondering if it’s a lot lighter than the big falcon.
The only thing i would’ve changed is the chunky headstock. The smaller one would look more proportional.
Nice demo guys! I was wondering how it compares to some of the other models. This is the top of the Electromatic line, so next leg up would be the much more expensive pro line. What makes the pro line worth it? (And yes, it’s made in a different country, but that doesn’t really speak to the guitar itself)
I personally think it holds its own feel and sound and feature wise when compared to pro models. I've had my hands on lots of Gretschs over the years and to me there is something that stands out with this model. Especially in the price range. But price aside, I'd probably pick it over some of the higher end models based on feel and tone myself. I feel like the features they chose for this one are very well thought out. This could really be a workhorse guitar for most situations. The only upgrade I would personally do would be adding a spoiler to the bigsby which makes it easier to restring. That is totally just a preference though. I'd recommend coming in and getting your hands on it and test it out if you can. 👍
How’s the tuning stability?
Electromatic? hydromatic?? Grease lighting?
Yes?
But it, use it, break it, fix it, trash it, change it, mail, upgrade it.
It just is the White Falcon made in China
Not as big as white falcon tho
Its a penguin china style
