Points out that the high school graduate finds an interesting job with a future, while the high school dropout learns that job opportunities are scarce.

Starring the Trouble Man himself, Robert Hooks. I just got the blu-ray of that one from the Kino Lorber spring sale, although it was here on yt last time i checked. It's the representative blaxsploitation movie in the notorious book The 50 Worst Films of All Time. I've been trying to collect them all for a few years, have about 2/3 or 3/4 by now.
And Will MacKenzie became a familiar voice in TV commercials and documentaries.

This dude sounds like some of the youngsters of today. They expect to walk into a company off the street and become president on day 1. Don’t want to put the time in, don’t want to move up…..just right to the top.
Yeah, they're gonna find out that they'll still be in that same position 40 years later with no promotion or advancement all the while taking on increasing responsibilities.
