global don't have character balance yet - in KR Dagger got alot buff

Im lacking the weapon skin dmg + glider dmg. My guild also 12 basic dmg behind :{ aaand finally -10 basic dmg on gear
Weird guild dmg is 12 dmg difference yet have same lvl gaspard and lvl 4 basic dmg instead of lvl5 which is only 3 difference?

i finally achieved basic dmg of 160 as a healer😂😂😂
if a weapon style gives ..Basic dmg + skill max rate 1% .... another WS gives zero basic dmg with skill max rate 1.5% ... which one is better?
u can test which 1 better :D try basic dmg 1st if u don't have good damage skill
