Africa has the most unusual and exotic animals. Interesting video, those cow horns are very beautiful. Very soon my daughter will be visiting Entebbe, Uganda.
We love Kenya 🇰🇪 too. We are always happy to feed you when your ugali gets finished 🤗 Because Uganda 🇺🇬 has too much food and is green throughout the year 😊
The descendants of an ancient breed of cattle that lived in the Nile River Valley around 4000 BC, Ankole cattle are known for having the largest and widest horns of any cattle species. They have been seen in Egyptian heiroglyphs and are often referred to as the “cattle of Kings.” 0:30 [Philadelphia Zoo]
Im looking those three videos of this Ugandan guys about boer goat farming, dairy cattle farming and this one about Ankole cow farming. For real this guys are living in my dream. Verry imprssive i appreciate for this also many appreciations for AIM AGRICULTURE YOU MADE A GREAT JOB for those who are dreaming in Agriculture.
@jegonzfarm7867 it's an endangered breed that has been with us 7000 years The bantu of Rwanda Burundi drc had been decimating them To the point american brought some in usa for preservation I feel joyous m7 and Paul Are allowing them to multply
Surely wen i came across your videos , i really felt a wave of gratitude ... May the lord bless you for the love u have towards our culture ... It so rare these days to find an "Educated" person passionate about Agriculture and our agricultural culture activities .. Just like it's very stupid to find an educated person who doesn't respect and feel proud of his culture... Your doing a great work brother ! Literally what your doing ...the hundreds goats , cows , diary farming etc , Will be one time my dream come true . THANKS MANH .
Be grateful to this Govt for giving u protection and other incentives especially in the Diary sector...where I come from(Central Uganda)there is land grabbing orchestrated by the same Govt officials and we don't have any support wen it cmes to Cattle keeping..The few that we had has also been taken away by cattle rustlers who enjoy Police protection..Uuhhhh enjoy.
Amazing in every aspect: docile cows, how to treat and conserve milk, and more wonderful the craftsmanship in the traditional hut. I wud wish to experience that Banyankole / Bahima beautiful life
... I would encourage Ugandans from other parts of the country and non Ugandans to pay a visit to the facility, to see, feel, learn, experience, interact, relax, and enjoy Ankole cattle culture. This facility is of its own and does not exist anywhere else. Come one come all!

When you talk about extinction,I believe it due to limited land for grazing and the high cost of management Incase you were intense the grazing techniques.. and encourage people who still have big and sizeable land to keep our indigenous cows
this reflects how we used to be here in Rwanda before land became a scarcity and now we no longer own many cows as you guys Bahima do! you are lucky to still have long-horned Ankole cows! enkuyo in kinyarwanda we call it inkuyo! ekyanzi ours icyansi! okubohora, here ukubohora ,enkoni= inkoni ,Bihogo, igisabo, amata, gucunda, etc same story! we never also drink milk while standing !!how do you call injishi? that rope binding together legs?

That is so beautiful. I'm definitely heading there for relaxation. Love Uganda. Long live President Musveni. Greetings from New York US.
The Ugandan guy explains very well. Simple and straight to the point
The millionaire Ankole should buy a pomp to pour the water.
Mark Tendo is an informed man. I like the way he thoroughly explains step by step. He is an amazing guy
Absolutely beautiful. As a munyankole I'm proud that these guys have conserved our endangered cattle breed
with the amount of cows kuteesa and museveni have alone .........makes them out-dangered
