Bodycam footage shows a Florida woman throwing a wild tantrum after deputies confronted her on April 19. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said a concerned resident called 911 over Julia Jones’ alleged behavior, stating she was highly intoxicated. When deputies arrived, Jones proceeded to scream at them before spitting and ranting about being read her rights. She was charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on a law enforcement officer, and possession.

If you are in a crisis, you should be humble and ask for help. The way she's going shows me that she is at fault for whatever went on before she got rightly arrested. They just tried to investigate and she is already fighting.

Yep -- if they're not going to ask about whatever crime they're investigating, Miranda rights are not needed. If the officer witnessed the crime -- like in this case -- they never have to read them.
