Fantastic skills in a woman who clearly works hard for her money. I wish her happiness, health and prosperity.
3 hours a day … zzz
Why do always praise people who "work hard" for their money when the people that work the least hard are the ones in offices making 100X what she makes but they work so easy. Fluff jobs with fancy titles to do absolutely nothing but make the ones below them work hard. FOH
@@damianpharaoh161 Do you really believe that people in top positions are resting in their leather armchairs, smoking cigars, and laying their feet on the desk doing nothing?

Also, what language?
All honest questions.

I've never understood why we can't have this level of quality and dignity in our "fast" food (U.S. for the record). I'm continually amazed at Korean street vendors and their art.
We can but most of it is owned by huge corperations who only care about profits and staffed by teens who have no skills yet.
@@theonemav Oh yeah I forgot how teens sell me my lunch when they're in high school. Totally.
The workers at fast food restaurants are criminally underpaid and poorly treated. This lady owns her stand. If we cooperatized businesses and allowed fast food workers to own their restaurants, maybe they'd be more committed to putting in an effort.
Would get mugged 3 times a day in that 3h besides licences, permissions, taxes, inspections

This was my thought exactly. The prep must take several hours, and she wakes extremely early to be ready for the morning rush. She may only serve food for three hours, but she's a hard working business owner.

This might be one of the best ways to shoot a food video - let the food and sounds of the cooking tell the story instead of being peppered with questions. Loved watching her process and precision
Great food speaks for itself.
Great point, just watching this you could make up in your own mind what it would taste like instead of someone talking about it, making it more about them than the food.

When I retire I kinda of want to do this. Just cook good breakfast food for strangers and people in need. I love street food.
Heh, I just retired, and after seeing how hard she's working, ain't no way I could keep up like that - and I HAVE cooked in bulk on occasion through the years. Don't get me wrong, it's a great feeling, but especially AFTER you see everyone

You'd have to break it down to A very simple breakfast sandwich or snack like she does for this not to be exhausting. And work in a warm climate.
I have been a soldier, truck driver, and teacher. After 13 years of teaching, I have decided to get out of education. I am waiting on my withdrawal from my 401 and I go pick up my food truck in a few weeks. Like you, I always considered a restaurant after retirement. Go for it! We only get one trip around.

As far as I'm concerned there no difference here between, say, a renowned pianist and this wonderful Street Toast Master - they're both incredibly well practised in what they do. Except, since there is no cause more noble than to feed hungry mouths, I know which I'd take any day !
Assuming no breaks in the filming, eggs hit the griddle at the 2 minute mark and less than 5 minutes later 10 sandwiches were served. That's amazing. It would have taken me 3 times as long to make 1 of those sandwiches for myself.
give another 1 minute between batches, and thats 10 sandwiches per 6 minutes or 100 sandwiches per hour = $300 per hour x 3 hours, thats $900 net for 3 hours on the street. Prep would be at least double that, so 6-8 hours a day for $900 just in sandwiches - doesnt include drinks and other incidental snacks... that a nice little packet she is making.
I love this, you can feel the tranquility of the technique used to cook with passion and love
