    Hi
    I enjoy your videos !
BUT, I would watch more of them if you have more details like : what time floor machine your using ?
With the vac system on or of ? What screen pad are you using under it ? Are you screening with dry floor or wet ? Wet with what ? Water ? What are you using to spread the finish ? ………..

What pile is that roller, we had difficulty with air bubbles using a roller, do you do an extra coat and an extra sand in high traffic areas ?

Great way to get a new finish without losing any of the wood. Most wood floor boards will have a chamfer or beveled edge for definition and sanding them will flatten that out making the floors look less defined. No problems with that using the screen and recoat

Great video. Got a question. I'm about to do my daughter's house. She has stained floors. They're generally in good shape. If I do a screen and recoat, how do I make sure that I don't wear thru the stain? There's a dark stain in them. Second question. How do I tell whether whether what's on there is water-based or oil-based polyurethane? I want to talk it with the right polyurethane. And there is no can lying around in the garage from the prior owner.

What poly do you use and how do you tint it when you do. The poly looks water based. Is that right?
