Loved the house so much Stephen! Me and my wife will definitely be purchasing a house very similar to that one.. we were wanting to relocate to Cape Coral... You will definitely be our real estate agent when we are ready to pursue this further!

Yes one bridge to the spreader, really quality build on this one, arguably over priced but the sellers will usually look at a reasonable offer in this market. Thanks for commenting.
Love the home except for 2 things, 1, I hate those fireplaces! If you're going to have a fireplace, make it real woodburning! 2, I will never understand why people would put glass doors on a walk in shower!
You might want to mention who the builder was on these. The bathroom by the dining room would be a big "no" for us, for obvious reasons. It looks like the bedrooms have major door issues; too many doors opening into narrow hallways. Forget the accent wall, maybe some low narrow built-ins to hold the cable box, or whatever. Good luck.
I hate the wood feature tv wall, I've passed specifically on homes there with that design inside and on the outside lanai 'fireplace' area, it just looks cheap compared to a higher-end clean solid surface like stone or marble. The extra large covered lanai and BBQ area is a huge plus & unique, usually those homes just have the tiny island with no prep space. The builder got a lot of things right, I just hate seeing them take risks one or two elements and it falls flat. This quality of home seems to trend with an actual sale price in the 1.4-1.45 range with current demand depending heavily on gulf access/location though.
Could use stone accents on front exterior - the all stucco look is cheap and looks unfinished. Also barn doors were a fad. No one likes them as they don’t secure a room for noise or privacy.
I agree on the barn doors, trendy, but not practical for offices or bathrooms. At a minimum I want privacy with smoked or mirrored if they do have them. If a buyer does purchase this home you could have a company apply vinyl privacy film fairly inexpensively.

I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.🇺🇸❤❤
This public service announcement has been brought to you by the mayor of Hallandale Beach😉.
Beautiful home and great location. It seems like the bridge access for this property is 10', that's a plus as well.

keep the heat and steam inside the shower area
Beautiful home. Out of our price range but I still enjoy looking at what’s out there.

Great house. A little out of budget for me but might be worth stretching the budget for.
This home will likely sell for 1.2M
Good home

Yes
I LOVE THE HOUSE BUT HOW MUCH IS THE COST
All prices are pinned in the comments sections of my videos, this one is 1.5M
I could say the house looks like a million
Not anymore, listed for 1.5 and is worth 1.2. My opinion.

I advise my clients who are interested to start at 1.2 on this home. That’s for your comment. I agree with most of your evaluation.

Many farm animals disagree...
What is it listed for? Any GAS communities?
I always list the prices pinned in the comments section, that way I can change them as they change. This home is listed at 1.5M
