If I recall correctly that was one of his first games starting and he was having an awful time of it. Fatigued and the game was going past him and Milner was trying to wake him up. In the next few games though he seemed far fitter and more focused, and had one moment where he would not stop fighting for a ball that was seemingly loaded and got the whole crowd off their feet, like when Robertson chased down a dead ball vs city early in his career. He’s not really put a foot wrong since

Y'all don't get it. As someone said in the comment that Milner is a workaholic. Kostas cried bc Milner leaved at the end of the season. If you have seen some videos from Liverpool, they are literally best friends. And also, when Robertson was out for like 3 months or smth, Kostas literally improved. He provided 3 assists on 12 appearances and last season he provided 4 assists on 20 appearences. You can check more in the Premier League website if you want to see his stats.
