- Ready to make a cherry sorbet that's actually mostly fruit and has no added refined or artificial sweeteners?
This cherry sorbet adds lime and ginger to make it a perfect end to a spicy meal, for a snack - or even breakfast on a hot day!
Just blend or mash the ingredients together, freeze in a Ninja Creami pint for 24 hours.
Level the top and let sit out at room temp for about 10 or 15 minutes. Spin on sorbet.
If powdery, add a little water or nondairy milk and respin. Repeat if still icy.

Thank you for all your recipes.
Thanks again Kathy! Great teacher!💜
Aw... thank you so much!
I just got the deluxe for Christmas, and it didn’t come with any recipes or anything but yours are a lifesaver! I’m not vegan but only like dairy free and no added sugar and your recipe flavors seem so delicious.
I'm so thrilled I could help!
I am looking to make yogurt in my instant pot and make ice cream out of it. It would be cool if you had a video over homemaking vegan yogurt then making frozen yogurt from that.
I'll see what I can do!
Hi Kathy, is there an option to purchase just the ebook of recipes for the creami? Very interested in that as I just got my creami the other day, thank you.
There is! You can get it here: kathyhester.thrivecart.com/wfpb-ninja-creami-e-cookbook-nce/
Want to check if my machine is defective. When i bite while eating the ice cream its always gritty (tiny ice particles pulverized by machine) but i dont notice them when not using my teeth. Is this nornal ? I use healthier 1% milk base usually
It sounds like you may need to respin once or twice. Or maybe add a little liquid before you respin.
1% milk is not "healthier" than whole milk (4%), it's just lower in fat. Since it's the milk fat that makes ice cream and sorbet "creamy," it's understandable that you'd detect more ice crystals in yours, since volume for volume you have more water and less fat.
I'd suggest using real milk as it naturally came from the cow, and just eat smaller portions less often to be "healthy."
Do u have a vanilla ice cream recipe? Also would like to know about price of just recipe book for the creami.
The ebook is $16.99 and you can get it here: kathyhester.thrivecart.com/wfpb-ninja-creami-e-cookbook-nce/ and there are a few vanilla recipes in it.
@@KathyHesterVeganRecipes ok thank you.
Have you done fresh apricot sorbet??
I haven't because I ate all mine! But oit will work great.
Someone told me they got a creami for 80$ on a site called woot. They happened to go there on a day it was offered.
How about vegan butter pecan
Coming out soonish!
Hope all is okay with you & Cheryl. Halloween without a lot of Kathy recipes is just plain wrong.
I'm so sorry! I was caught up moving my classes to a new platform - it pretty much ate up all my October ;(
What do you mean sweetened "only" with fruit. Most fruit is famously full of fructose.
This is a vegan whole food plant-based channel, so we use fruit as a way to sweeten our desserts. It means no refined sugar, but I suspect you know that. If you are looking for keto recipes or recipes that use artificial sugar, they are out there, but not on this channel.
