A few mistakes here.
Q22: Pearls are made by a variety of creatures including: oysters, mussels, clams, conchs, and gastropods - so two of your answers should have been accepted.
Q25: You needed to be clearer by what you meant by size. The moon is about 1/4 of the diameter, but size typically refers to volume; The moon is about 1/50 the volume of Earth.
Q27: You keep making this mistake. Additive primary colours are red, green, and blue. You can play around with red, green, and blue torches and make various colours with them. I've done this myself. Subtractive primary colours include yellow, magenta, and cyan - so all the options you gave are primary colours of some sort.
