When the Halloween update was stil here it spawned 100% but BC IT was to op to get mythics Preston nerfed IT to a 20% change
You can dupe the pegasus by putting it into the bank, it will respawn in your inventory and you can use it as many times as want. Try it for a video!

This is just what I think ok, so in the wiki it says the merchant spawns 1h late sometimes because of a bug. So maybe that bug is effecting some servers mysterious merchant isn’t spawning? Pin please! Huge fan

the mystery merchant guaranteed spawns in a priv server, not always in a normal server, still always in trading plaza but bc of the low amount of people in a normal server it sometimes doesnt spawn

I’ve noticed that the mystery merchant doesn’t seem to appear in all servers so I have to server jump. Finally managed to get something yesterday. It’s also just worth checking the time he comes with day light saving effecting the time zones. At the moment he appears 6pm/6am GMT not sure what time that is in CST/EST. Also No Gold clip. I’m sad. Will have to play the song to get my fix I guess. Lastly, I do wonder if you are able to turn the rainbow NFT into DM. I highly doubt it but am curious.
Day light saving doesnt effect anything it just effects you, the mystery merchant arrives at 12am/12pm CST

The merchant now only spawns 20% of the time unless your in trading plaza cause it has a 50% chance of spawning
It’s spawning every 2 1 hours I guess
Reason Mystery Merchant doesn’t spawn in all servers since there is a 20% chance of spawning that chance is buffed in private/VIP servers
Edit: I forgot to mention this was confirmed so i reccomend you keep hopping servers for it to spawn

there still could be a dm pegasus. you tried it with a normal pegasus idk if you know this but you can only convert a rainbow pet to dm. i dont think you can but thats not proof that it cant.
it might break the pet because it’s not meant to be dm. it might change the enchant and stop changing every time you login
