    How sad Bernard was driven by a system that became his tragic demise. It's one thing to succeed but not at the cost of being under constant surveillance and fearing your talent will be downgraded. I appreciate the artistry of cooking at this level, but I never forget that food is about memory and the moments when we can commune with family and friends.
