Forests instead of deserts - Syntropic Farming in Portugal

The Iberian peninsula is highly affected by desertification. One of the main causes for this are agri- and silvicultural practices. At the same time it's exactly here where we can find the solution to this problem. Syntropic Agriculture, an agricultural approach coming from Brazil, has the absolute potential to reverse these trends, and create true oases within a desertifying Landscape.
