I think painting a couple times a month can get rid of depression. I started painting almost three years ago. I went to a Bob Ross class once a month, then painted on my own once or twice between classes. Within a few months I noticed my mood lighting up. I didn’t think I was depressed beforehand, but I was isolating myself and spending most of my day in the bed. After a while I noticed I was enjoying being out among people . I loved the creative process! Now I’m a believer in doing anything that will stimulate the right side of the brain. You don’t create inside a vacuum. Anything you do regularly stimulates everything else. Suddenly your thinking better. I would love to see regular creative programs taught in long term care facilities, mental institutions and to all children in school. I feel the results of that program would be nothing short of a miracle.

When using the blending gel, can you use a cool blow-dryer to dry your sky and water?
