I use the 3oz dixsie cups from the dollar tree and if you freeze upside down and clean edges well they will slide right out of the cup after 5-6 minutes in the freezer. No need to cut cup off.

Cute! I use an Oreo cookie mold for the lids… so much quicker and easier 😁

Do you mean that a Oreo cookie fits the top or is there a specific mold that you use?

Love your creativity and attention to detail! Not sure why some felt the need to criticize. My guess is they haven't seen the inside of commercial operations. I would happily buy and enjoy your creations!

Good morning! Don't ya just love these...the possibilities are endless with different themes. These were around years ago but started trending again. They can be called hot chocolate stirrers, shots, pops, sticks or cups. We can use straws, popsicle sticks or wooden spoons and I like to use candy canes or peppermint sticks for a yummy peppermint hot chocolate...delicious!! Dipping them in chocolate and sticking them to the bottom of the mold holds them great. I have the silicone shot glass molds and they're awesome! Make the completed shot glass, fill with cocoa mix "almost" to the top, push and secure the generously dipped straw or stick etc down to the bottom and then pour chocolate on top of the cocoa mix surrounding the stick to seal. Stack marshmallows with melted chocolate and add sprinkles etc on top. We can also just use a solid chocolate base without any mix too. Different molds like the smaller 2" x 2" cylinder silicone mold is great or even cupcake molds work but just don't fill up the cupcake mold all the way...that's too much chocolate. Or can we ever have too much!! Hee hee ; ) What can ya say, these hot chocolate bomb alternatives are too stinking cute. New subbie here! I love looking for new inspirations. Sorry for rambling on. LOL!! Have a "BOOtiful" day...Big ((Hugs)) from Texas!! xx : )

Cut down the side of the paper cups, then secure back together with scotch tape, much easier to remove chocolate cups that way by just peeling back the tape and opening the up....bonus, the cups can be reused this way as well, less waste. Another tip to save time, just pipe chocolate on top of first layer of marshmallows then plop on the rest of the marshmallow while chocolate is still wet.

    • @lisalopez9639

Chocolate melts is real chocolate. Almond bark is an attic chocolate. There’s vegetable fat in almond bark and regular chocolate uses cocoa butter. Hope this helped
