I actually remember a similar story when my brother saw a pebble and threw it at a moving car, and the person who was driving it was actually his best friend’s dad.

That last story sounds like something that happened to my dad we were all in the car driving and over the wall of a back garden we were going past a snowball came down and hit the windshield luckily nothing bad happened but my dad immediately went reverse back to the wall and started yelling at them...
