Aerial tour of the Wet ‘n Wild water park in early March 2017, approximately 10 weeks after closing on 12/31/2016. Wet ‘n Wild was closed after nearly 40 years in business to make way for Universal Orlando Resort’s newest water theme park, Volcano Bay that is set to open on May 25th, 2017.

So many incredible memories! My first job! I worked there from 1995-2000. Literally 200 of my Facebook friends are friends from wet-n-wild. By far the best job and people ever!

Lots of good Memories of My Mother (Single Mom) & I spending Summers. It had a Super CHEAP Annual Pass. We couldn't afford Disney & they don't help out locals Or even offer real Discounts. Sea World, Gatorland & Wet N Wild were the Parks that treated us locals best. Now Gatorland is the Only 1 that treats us good.

Wow now it’s been 2 years almost 3 since the FAMOUS WET N WILD ORLANDO closed and was taken down I went to the park back in 2014 it was really fun but when I saw and received the news that the park closed and was taken down I felt sad and now it’s just a USELESS CONSTRUCTION HOTEL I wish they could rebuild it I really miss it

I actually am planning to risk Bankruptcy and Build my own park. I'm planning on building perfect clones of some of the rides. Mainly Disco H20, Brain Wash and Storm

Family didn't like it ( because one of the staff didn't let us on a ride and it rained),
Now watching in 2017,
Realised how beautiful it was and how much people care about it,

who else is watching now a while after closing after the slides stoped hitting the ground in pain after the hills and sidewalks now remain as dirt after the clean park is now an abandond grass growing wasteland universals replacement volcano bay Isent the best so many people are complaining about its horrible system

Sad. Cedar Fair Is demolishing Wildwater kingdom like Universal. Cedar fair selfishly closed Geauga Lake in 2007, then they Selfishly closed the water park in 2016.

This looks like an awesome waterpark! Sucks they had to close it. I know Volcano Bay will probably be better but still, this looked like an awesome park and should stay open. Volcano Bay and Wet n Wild could be the two pest waterparks!
