As a Fatal Fury fan I expected him to be really good but not to have the mobility he has lol. I knew he'd prob have either Max Mode Meter or his super special and WELL all his Super moves are decent with Crack Shoot and Power Dunk being EASILY the best I expected A LOT

As someone who barely knew who this character was.... I gotta say, of all the DLC so far, I think I clicked with Terry the fastest. I even managed to get decent at using his command inputs.

Agreed, and as a legit rushdown char in a game where that isnt quite a thing...expect to see mad tears.
His recovery is fairly predictable/gimpable and it feels like he can easily be kept out by anyone with a sword.
Definitely feels high tier, but I don't see him in the top 20%.
Us in Mexico are VERY familiar with Terry , I can say this ... He's S Tier easy

DLC is "downloadable content". The only thing required to be DLC is to be downloadable, it doesn't have to cost money, it just happens to be the case most of the time. Plant is DLC

@@ScrodumHat Always a matter of taste. They play very differently from each other. The problem is that most people haven't tried KoF yet always compare it to SFII. They're comparable, but not same enough to consider one or the other clones.

What really helps him is not having to worry about how hard youre hitting the normal attack button, as well as not having the weird custom move set ups that ken and ryu like where jab just turns into strong up tilt at certain ranges for no reason.

Dude Terry is insanely fun. I thought he was gonna be hard as hell, but the Shotos aren't too difficult to use. The only problem he has is recovery, but other than that, he's a BEAST at neutral game.
I was one of those people that stayed with Smash 4 because my mains (Ryu, Cloud) got butchered so hard. Cloud, I will never get back but Sakurai made it up again with Terry. Nair strings and satisfying combos here I come :)
Cloud is so good in ultimate but not as good as smash 4. Still one of the best character imo
