Oooh, I love the idea of practicing the 7 height throws. That's great as I've always had a tendency to err on the not quite high enough throws (to compensate for a lack of control that comes with higher throws).
I started juggling on my knees and now I have so much more space!!!! I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of it before... Edit: Well, it turns out that you are suggesting not to use this method, but I feel like it’s working so far so I don’t know if should keep doing it or not. Edit 2: Also great tutorial!
Thanks Henry!! I only don't suggest it because it stops you from moving around and can make tricks harder to learn initially... But if you don't have the ceiling height to juggle properly then it might be the trade off you have to make! So if it's working for you by all means keep doing it!
any tips on one hand throwing farther outwards and the other hand throwing inwards? I can't tell which hand is trying to compensate for the other and what i'm doing wrong
Definitely a common problem so don’t worry too much! First I would definitely recommend Filming yourself and watching the footage back in slow motion or poor is playing so you can see exactly which hand is the culprit. Once you figure out the problem you can actively try to correct it by throwing it more in et cetera but you can also practice various fourball exercises like the ones in this video with the same thing in mind and ideally that will carry through to when you do five balls. I also found the turning exercises making sure you try to turn both ways and moving within fireball juggling is e.g. walking back and forwards was very useful as well as playing with juggling at different heights. If you use Instagram feel free to tag me in a story or send me a video and I will have a look at your pattern for you see if I can see any obvious problems.

Good stuff. I am one week into training for 5 balls. I can now do 6 throws and catches. But damn it is a lot harder to learn than 4 balls.
The learning curve is much steeper for sure, just stay consistent and persist
