I have a very good feeling that out of the Four Emperor's, Kaido has the most Luffy energy.
Every other Emperor struts in the show with some type of road map.
Kaido's big entrance is coming down from the heavens via attempting something hilariously outrageous like suicide from 10,000 meters, then immediately stating an impossible goal that absolutely no one asked for.
That's the same nonsense Luffy would pull.

The wait was so long that he gave up on it and instead plan a war to take over the world. except, Zeref's backstory and motivation is so much more interesting than kaido's so far.
