I love how after the solo zacky takes over the lead for a bit to give syn time to get back around to playing the lead riff then goes back to playing the rhythm exactly on time, that's just beautiful to see and hear.
It's fuckin' awesome :')
The hand off back to Syn to pick up the lead riff is flawless, and it impresses me every single time I watch it.

I think A7x got tired of having people say, "Syn and Zacky are the best guitarists, Matt is the best singer, the rev is the greatest drummer," so they made Johnny kick ass on this album.

Difference between places they play. Small places like this. Bass has to be turned up a bit. Rock A Ram or whatever. The bass is high there too. It all depends on where they are playing.
It was pretty cool how Zacky filled in Syn's lead riff just after the solo.

I actually believe these guys can help rock/metal music come to the top again and take Pop shit down. Seriously, they have a lot of influence and they want to help small bands join and show that heavy music actually takes a lot more talent than the actual mainstream poop we have to deal with everyday.

theCamateur actually.... shadows admitted that it was a band decision to make the drums the way it is.... he even described how arin was so surprised and how he wasn't used to the drumming style... so it isnt really a problem with arin, its just band decision for a stylistic change

A7X is the best live band, no doubt! I've seen many great bands live, Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon, but Avenged Sevenfold tears it up! Their stage presence, everything, 5/5 go see them!
Totally agree with you A7X are a huge band live but not the best however because that's relative.. it depends on the people who make that decision for me its Metallica ^^
Personally, I think Rammstein does a crazy good stage presence in comparison to A7X but I do agree, they are good at engaging the crowd.

no they arent getting sent out till the week before, an error in the system is preventing them from getting them to us by the 18th which is when they said we would most likely get them.

I like that this album has a kind of Power Metal feel to it while still sounding distinctively A7X. Good shit regardless what haters may think. Musically, it's still relatively complex and the album has heavier moments and softer moments. We can't listen to Dying Fetus and other bands that are "brutal" for the sake of being "brutal" ALL the time. Sometimes it's cool to just kick back and enjoy some nice thematic metal with good lyricism and musical composition (without getting to the prog level of complexity, of course).
I love hearing rock voices come to life like when Slipknot, Avenged SevenFold, and Three Days Grace play live it makes me wonder who blessed these people with such heavenly voices
