- Hailing from a 600 sq ft studio apartment in downtown Vancouver, Connor’s daily life is atypical for a dedicated backcountry hunter. As an accomplished chef, acquiring meat for nose-to-tail cooking is what initially drew him to hunt. Overtime, it’s become something much deeper.

I have been living a vegetarian, sometimes eve vegan lifestyle for 6 yrs now, mainly because of the negative impact the (animal) food industry has on our personal und our planet´s health. The only way I would eat meat again is your way. I have a lot of respect for hunters who are sensitive enough for really good food - and are grateful for what they are given by their physical effort and nature. Thank you for this wonderful video.
