I went to Cozumel on a Royal Caribbean cruise about 10 years ago and had the best time. The food and drinks were next level, last meal worthy. I’ve been to Mexico several times since an always had an amazing time. I think it’s a very underrated vacation destination.

Next to Aruba, Cozumel is a favorite port. Also, the Hubs loves how you are enjoying something without talking... then you seamlessly come back on talking to the camera! (Hope that makes sense as I don't know how else to explain.)
We ate at Guisados!! I searched on Google maps and they had high ratings, so we gave it a try! It was so yummy and the service was amazing as well! We also sat at that table!! Love seeing it on video!
I love these little shows. Even this one where some of the characters are dressed up as pirates makes me well up! It did make me laugh how unpiratey (New word I just created) the music was! Chip N Dale's little jigs were quite adorable!
@27:40... they expanded and upgraded the concierge lounge during the Dry Dock earlier this year. Those areas to the left and right of the funnel used to be open deck seating with loungers, but now are enclosed extensions of the lounge. The inside looks really nice in photos online!!! Some day hopefully I'll be in there 😅
28:24…Yes, Peter, there is! Being in a hot tub, at sunset, on a brisk, but comfortable Alaskan June evening (when sunset is at 10:15pm!!) on Ovation of the Seas…as you glide through the Inside Passage…Probably one of the few moments in my 53 years of life that was just Pure Bliss!
So Cozumel has a beach party house that you guys would of loved. It’s called Mr Sanchez. You guys could of tried all their food and drinks. I went there on a carnival cruise from my 21 birthday. Their nachos were so good. And had plenty of good drinks!

Spoiling yourself in a hot tub is freaking amazing. My partner surprised me for my birthday one year with a hotel weekend featuring an in room hot tub and gas fireplace with remote. Ah, it was bliss. I wanted to never leave.

The concierge lounge on the Magic has an indoor and outdoor area. Also, there are all day beach clubs in Cozumel that look like a lot of fun and can be done in lieu of an excursion.
I'm not sure I'll ever go on a cruise, but your videos have helped me understand why people love them! A unique experience, and Disney does seem to do well at making it a magical experience. I've grown up rarely going on vacations just to relax, though (even on beach vacations we are all over the place and do so many activities), so I feel I might go stir crazy. xD
When we're in Cozumel, we go to Paradise Beach. It's a $5 taxi ride from the cruise ports. Tons of shade and a pool if you want to avoid the ocean. It's private, so you need to spend $20 in food and drink, but the food is delicious.
Ok I have so many opinions on Cozumel. I've only been on 1 cruise and that was one of our ports. It was my 2nd favorite and probably the most affordable though I will say the restaurant giving 16 pesos per $1 was a low exchange rate. We're from San Diego and I actually brought pesos on our trip and they got irritated at one of the restaurants that I used pesos. Also being a fluent Spanish speaker ... so naturally that fully makes me think that they're 100% taking advantage of the tourist aspect. We did get a large bottle of tequila in the duty free that was way bigger and cheaper than what we get here and in the Port shops I had one of the BEST coffees I've ever had
So a little FYI, you guys where right the first time it’s Cozumel emphasize on the “O”. The other way is you guys where saying it is a sure way to stick out as a tourist fyi
Really cool to see a preview of Cozumel..we’re going on Harmony of the Seas next May and we’ll be visiting Cozumel on Day 5 (also going to Routan, Honduras and Costa Maya, Mexico)

I just love these cruise videos. I love all your videos but especially these. I love cruising but haven't been able to go for 3 years. One of the fun things to do in Cozumel is the speedboat to Passion Island. So much fun! So, it's best to book excursions off your ship than to purchase them off the ship in Cozumel because you don't know what's legit. The shopping area is ok but there's better stuff to do while there. Also, don't forget to get your real vanilla extract. They make some of the best in Mexico. You probably saw it for sale everywhere.
I feel bad for the actors in the full body costumes, like Chip and Dale, they must have been soooo hot after a whole show of dancing! 😳 Also thanks for the pro tips abot the tacos and margaritas in Cozumel! Looks delicious!

I was told that the churro Mickey waffles are usually the last sea day of a seven night cruise (which is when we had them on our merry time cruise last December). We were lucky enough to get them twice on our 10 night southern Caribbean cruise last month.
I love Cozumel. I’ll be back on my cruise in October 👍🏻 going to Mr Sancho’s for the 1st time. Yea get away from the shops at the pier and your good. I’m a pretty chill person but they really pressure you there to haggle and buy stuff there. Started to make me like Hulk mad.

We usually try to book Palo on pirate night but I think most of the repeat cruisers have the same idea 😂

Guisados literally means stew or stewed meat. There is a famous taco place in LA called Guisados which now has multiple locations all over.
