At the 8;50 mark we see a table having vinyl that looks like wood put on..... lol, I used to do that except I used wood veneer which
is more detailed & expensive. Vinyl has made these products forever but seeing it installed reminded me of what I used to do.

Probably wax. But I bet if you could see the pot up close the wax would have a little brown on it. It melts away in the kiln and leaves the unglazed pattern.
