So for family , both partner sacrifice. so instead of crying and bashing find a relationship where you can find happiness in giving.

@Shubham Pakhare well , a job is an individual's responsibility. But being a parent is the responsibility of both mother and father.
And your claim that no one likes to do job , might be true for your case. There are many who loves their job and works towards it. And not all women will say no to pregnancy if given the chance. The word of a woman matters more in pregnancy because it's her body which goes through the changes.
@Shubham Pakhare And it's not only the responsibility of man to take care of the family, it's woman's too. Most of the people are conditioned to believe that women should work inside and man should work outside ,which is totally wrong. Both should have a choice on what they want to do and don't.
@Shubham Pakhare there are different scenerio here, if the man is the only earning member of the family , what is the so called job of woman here ? She is already jobless( here by job ,I mean the monthly salary Wala job , not the chores ) When he loses his job he becomes jobless. Technically speaking they are both jobless. But if she continues to be the homemaker she was , she still has the job of a homemaker. If both had the salary Wala job ,and one loses the job, again the scenerio changes.
In case of pregnancy, they both enter this phase of life together , it's not like one joins the other after a while. It's not like everybody expects man to say it loud that we are pregnant. But to be with them in the process , supporting and caring for "their" child. This is as far as I could understand at this point of my life.

But the fact that society expects all men to have a job , take care of family handle the issues alone and to Know everything is also gender inequality. Our privelages comes along with it's own disadvantages. Sometimes these disadvantages makes men feel fraustrated and these fraustration are often thrown over woman. And that's why people talk about their rights. Because they are the ones visibly hurt. But men also gets hurt. But the problem is that most of men are so into these social norms that they won't accept that they are hurt. This is my general view. Don't know if it could make upto you.
