Thank you for this video!! What's the proper way to thaw the cookies? How long do we let them thaw before we can package or box if we are giving them to someone or taking them to an event??

What are the thawing directions, what if you want them warm??
Hi there...I froze crinkle cookies and thawed them...they were just fine....no need to roll them in powered sugar again
I need to freeze some cuccadati for my daughter’s wedding. They have sprinkles on top and I’m afraid they will run. Any suggestions?
Usually sprinkles don't run when frozen, in my experience. It also depends on the type of sprinkle - use a good quality brand.

Can I freeze quality cookies and then thaw them back out to sell at the farmer's market, or is that like so not gonna happen?

Do you take them out of the bag when thawing?
You don't have to, I sometimes open it just so the condensation can evaporate.
How about the kiss cookies?
Once the cookies are cool after baking ....put them in the fridge uncovered for about 15 minutes till the kiss is hard...then put in a bag and freeze.
Sorry but I don’t understand English perfectly. Could you write how to unfrozen the cookies?
just take them out of the freezer.....leave them in the bag....and don't thaw them in a warm kitchen...put them in a cooler room away from kitchen heat
