I think just block adobe's all apps like genuine service etc n then it might work not just photoshop.exe but all adobe apps, also do the same steps in the video but in inbound rules also. Make both inbound and outbound rules.

What if I want to block a child process, but only when it is the descendant of one specific process? I basically want to forbid network access for all descendant processes of a process. Like when an app launches an embedded browser process.
