I just able to do this 2 weeks ago. It's really fun even i do it again and again😂.
But like your said, i feel it's going not be same at high speed

Great tutorial Natan! looking forward to high speed carving I think I'm ready for that next step!

Which leg are you putting most of your weight on when doing a parallel carve in this video? For example, if you are going right, are you putting most of your weight on your right foot + outside edge or your left foot inside edge?
Recent took a beginner skiing lesson and for A turns, they suggested I put weight on the opposite foot when trying to turn. So left foot when A turning into right side. Wondering if that’s the same here for parallel carving.

Even if we try , there will be much more weight on the outside foot , just like in a car . We need to keep our skates close ,under the body . In correct parallel edging , so the inside foot is assisting also . If not its a Telemarkskiing 😀

Your term Is exagerate, mine is overcarve and its all about scissoring in ordet to decompress gravity and to have speed control (no increase)

Neat. Why do you lift your uphill (inside) skate a little bit after each turn? It's like you do a small kick.

So i can focus more on the next step ,which is the outside edge ...that way i am working more on it 👍
