Hello rohith bro..This is big message please read well nd support us..your videos is so much helpful to everyone .explaination is very good to understand easily..But we want one video please do as soon as possible (With one dumbel tel me the one week exercise how to do by table in a week...nd next before exercise or after exercise when we drink water .Nd next early morning doing Warmups nd pushups nd plank nd Etc after that doing one dumbel exercise .so please explain the table of total what to do in a week with one dumble nd warmups nd pushups nd planks nd water when we drink these total do in a 1 video ....In my city number of people are waiting for this please do this as soon as possible i hope u will do for us..thank you rohith anna

You'll possibly face four types of gaps. I'll mention all of them: 1. few days 2. Few weeks 3. few months 4. Permanently stopped. If you get gap for few days, your body won't lose muscle mass at all. Your strength remains same. For few weeks say 1-3, your body won't lose much muscle. You can still continue with the same weights which you were working before. If you hve gotten a gap for few months, your strength will be decreased due to muscle loss. You should warmup first and start slow with the weights. You'll get your previous strength within a month after consistent workout. If you want to stop workout permanently, then to maintain your weight, just focus on diet without eating excess calories per day and make sure you have protein rich foods in your diet to maintain the muscle mass or else there are chances that you'll lose muscle mass which will reduce your strength
